They certainly do not believe that drug abuse is related to a substance that is sold over the counter in liquor stores. This type of drug abuse can give off just as many harmful effects as any other drug there is. Alcoholism is known for having dangerous characteristics that exude intense cravings for the substance, loss of control, including a high chance for participating in violent acts or feeling extreme depression.
